Two More Speakers and the First Schedule Draft
August 13, 2026
Hi there,
Two more speakers just joined the lineup. And the first draft of the schedule is out. 🎉

Marcelo Trylesinski maintains Starlette and Uvicorn. So every time you run fastapi dev, you are running his code too.
He is also a long time FastAPI community member, one of the top FastAPI Experts, and he works on Logfire and Pydantic AI at Pydantic.

Ben Falk is a Principal Cloud Engineer at the Space Telescope Science Institute, the people behind the James Webb Telescope.
He has been running FastAPI in production for the astronomy community for over 5 years. Yes, there is FastAPI somewhere behind those images from space. 🔭

The schedule (draft)
You can now see how the day goes, from the keynote to the last talk:
It is a draft, so times can still change.
If something looks off, or there is a topic you would love to see, just reply to this email. We read all of them. 🤝
Let’s plan the after party
The talks are one half of a conference. The other half happens in the hallway, at dinner, with a drink in hand.
So we are planning an after party, and we would love your input:
